Here is a little about us...
Catharsis by Art is a boho feel creative studio and recreational art services provider at the heart of Al Qouz in Dubai, UAE.
In short, we host and facilitate art activities.
We started this colorful journey towards the end of 2018, and we chose to do everything through Art as we believe that Art is meant to be enjoyed by everyone and so you surely don’t need to have any previous art experience to enjoy what we do.
Whether you are looking for a corporate team building activity, celebrating an occasion, or just want some artsy me time, you’ve reached the right place.
Our 3000 sq ft studio is our home, along with our art tools, plants, and guardian cats, that hang around outside, yet we provide you with the artist experience at the studio or at a venue of your choice.

Things we'd like you to know
- We mostly use Acrylic paint, which is not washable once dry, so do not wear your prettiest clothes when you visit :)
- All our sessions are beginner friendly and need no art experience, we encourage creativity so feel free to follow your heart
- We measure how much fun we've had, with the colorful mess that we leave behind
- Ask about our packages (that include coffee, polaroid photos, and more) when you book your private group sessions
- We reuse, repurpose, and try our best to reduce and minimize our waste... its a journey
- and last but not least, we do do the happy dance when you work with us.
